Using Achla

Achla helps people discover events, buy tickets and reserve event merchandise. Organizers use the platform to promote events and manage eligible sales. By creating an account, purchasing an order or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

• Use accurate account, contact and payment information.
• Keep your login credentials private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Events, organizers and attendance

Each organizer is responsible for the event information they publish, including timing, venue, age or entry conditions, accessibility information, cancellations and their refund policy. Achla is a platform provider and is not the promoter, venue owner, artist, security provider or insurer unless we explicitly say otherwise.

Event details can change. Check the listing and the organizer’s instructions before travelling. You must follow reasonable venue and organizer rules. A ticket may be invalidated where it was obtained through fraud, resale prohibited by the organizer, or misuse of the platform.

Orders, tickets and merchandise

An order is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms payment or, for a free event, after Achla confirms the RSVP. Keep your confirmation and present the information required for entry or merchandise collection.

Merchandise attached to an event is generally collected at that event. Availability, sizes and collection instructions are shown before checkout. A merchandise order is not a separate delivery promise unless the listing specifically says it is.

Payments, fees and organizer payouts

Payment processing is provided by a supported payment provider. Achla does not store card credentials. Charges, currency, checkout terms and any applicable payment-provider fees are shown before payment is completed.

For eligible paid events, Achla may charge the organizer a 3% platform commission on ticket sales. Organizer payouts require identity checks, a verified payout account and any additional reviews required by the payment provider. Settlement timing is not guaranteed by Achla and remains subject to the payment provider’s rules, refunds, disputes and chargebacks.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the organizer’s disclosed policy and applicable law. If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, follow the organizer’s published instructions and our Refund Policy. Achla may help transmit a request, but the organizer or payment provider may need to approve the outcome.

Content, ownership and liability

You keep ownership of content you submit, but give Achla the limited rights needed to host, display and operate that content on the platform. You must have the rights needed to upload logos, images, event information and other materials.

To the extent allowed by law, Achla does not guarantee that every event will proceed, that the platform will always be uninterrupted, or that third-party information is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
